MOVEMENT Assessment
C.H.E.K. Movement Assessment is designed to assess essential and primal movement patterns that affect our everyday emotions, thoughts, energy metabolism, sleep habits and athletic performance. Both static and dynamic measurements are taken to evaluate natural movement patterns, joint restrictions, muscular imbalances and body composition.
This information is invaluable when addressing pain and injuries as well as creating a movement program for your unique body that compliments your nutrition and lifestyle plan.
