I don’t know about you, but life seems to get bu I don’t know about you, but life seems to get busier and busier… and yes commitments to self and our health should always be prioritized, but if we always wait for the perfect moment and the perfect workout, we could be missing out on a lot of opportunities to MOVE.

But this is part of the process - we don’t have to do it perfectly (okay there is no perfect), but if we were to get pretty damn close, it would require listening to what your body needs today - and that could change.

Keep listening, keep digging, and need underestimate the power of LESS.
